1Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 business days from the date of receiving their order, subject to the applicable conditions and laws.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and body care products, products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

To be eligible, products must be:

• Unused and unopened.
• In their original packaging and condition.
• With all original seals and labels intact, where applicable.

2Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at returns@glmr-eg.com as soon as possible.

To process your request, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Your full name.
• Your phone number.
• Details of your return or exchange request.
• Clear photos of the invoice and products received, including the issue where applicable.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on GLMR’s side, GLMR will arrange the appropriate return, replacement, or refund and cover the applicable return and delivery costs.

3Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at returns@glmr-eg.com with your order number and phone number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it will be handled as a return request, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

4Refunds & GLMR Glow Balance

Once a return is approved, customers can choose between:

• Refund: The refund will be processed through the original payment method or another applicable refund method and will generally be reflected within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and bank/payment provider.
• GLMR Glow Balance: The approved refund amount will be credited to your account immediately after the return is approved and can be used toward future purchases on the GLMR website.

GLMR Glow Balance is a credit associated with the customer’s GLMR account and is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

For COD orders, customers can also choose between an applicable refund method or GLMR Glow Balance, subject to applicable laws and available payment methods.

For returns caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, GLMR will cover the applicable return and delivery costs.

1الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يمكن للعملاء طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وذلك وفقًا للشروط والقوانين المعمول بها.

ونظرًا للطبيعة الشخصية والصحية لمنتجات العناية بالبشرة والجسم، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها أو تجربتها أو العبث بها، إلا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو تم توريده بشكل غير صحيح.

ولقبول طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن تكون المنتجات:

• غير مستخدمة وغير مفتوحة.
• في عبوتها وحالتها الأصلية.
• بجميع الأختام والملصقات الأصلية سليمة، حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

2المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو غير مطابق للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر returns@glmr-eg.com في أقرب وقت ممكن.

لمعالجة الطلب، يرجى تزويدنا بما يلي:

• رقم الطلب.
• الاسم بالكامل.
• رقم الهاتف.
• تفاصيل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
• صور واضحة للفاتورة والمنتجات المستلمة، مع توضيح المشكلة عند الحاجة.

إذا تم التأكد من أن المشكلة ناتجة عن خطأ من جانب GLMR، فستقوم GLMR بترتيب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو رد المبلغ المناسب، مع تحمل تكاليف الاسترجاع والتوصيل المطبقة.

3إلغاء الطلب

يمكن إلغاء الطلب فقط قبل أن تتم معالجته أو شحنه.

لطلب الإلغاء، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر returns@glmr-eg.com مع إرسال رقم الطلب ورقم الهاتف.

بعد معالجة الطلب أو شحنه، سيتم التعامل معه كطلب استرجاع وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

4استرداد المبالغ ورصيد GLMR Glow Balance

بعد الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، يمكن للعميل الاختيار بين:

• استرداد المبلغ: يتم رد المبلغ من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو أي وسيلة استرداد متاحة، وعادةً ما يظهر المبلغ خلال 7–14 يوم عمل وفقًا لطريقة الدفع والبنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.
• رصيد GLMR Glow Balance: يتم إضافة مبلغ الاسترداد المعتمد إلى حساب العميل فور الموافقة على الاسترجاع، ويمكن استخدامه في عمليات الشراء المستقبلية على موقع GLMR.

رصيد GLMR Glow Balance هو رصيد مرتبط بحساب العميل، ولا يمكن تحويله إلى شخص آخر أو استبداله نقدًا، إلا إذا كان القانون المعمول به يقتضي خلاف ذلك.

بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)، يمكن للعملاء أيضًا الاختيار بين وسيلة استرداد مناسبة أو رصيد GLMR Glow Balance، وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها ووسائل الدفع المتاحة.

في حالات الاسترجاع الناتجة عن منتج معيب أو تالف أو غير صحيح، تتحمل GLMR تكاليف الاسترجاع والتوصيل المطبقة.
